The challenge
In a world filled with artificial supplements and processed foods, Rootz takes up the challenge of redefining wellness. Joining in on that challenge, we set out to help the brand communicate their product value more loudly and more authentically. We had to think carefully about how to communicate high-quality paleo supplements made from real food, without taking away from the youthfulness and honesty with which Rootz identifies.
The solution
Our design approach focused on creating a playful yet intuitive user interface while also providing information about the many advantages and ingredients included in the product line. Integrating educational materials into the consumer‘s path to better nutrition has aided in building the brand‘s image as an uplifting community with goals that go beyond simple commercial success.
Branded web components for a lively journey to healthy nutrition
Carefully expanding on the limited, but genuine branding was the only way we can give the due respect to Rootz’s ... well roots. Once we understood the clients story it was our imperative to keep the existing color system and ornamentation, present in the old website and current product offering. To tie everything together for a heightened brand recognition, we only broadened and implemented it across the website with varying subtlety.

We carefully designed every page, including Rootz components to make it easier for customers to understand the brand‘s offerings, whether they are product- or advice-related. We created a strong e-commerce platform using Shopify development to guarantee a seamless buying experience. Customer satisfaction was improved with the implementation of features such as easy checkout, secure payment options, and efficient order tracking.
The results
Our comprehensive strategy for improving Rootz‘s branding and web presence produced tremendous results. The new website experienced a significant increase in traffic, with a 45% increase in unique visitors in the first year. The improved user experience resulted in a 35% increase in conversion rates, demonstrating the simplicity with which customers could browse and buy products. Overall, Rootz maintained its market position and cultivated a devoted consumer base while remaining faithful to its holistic approach to well-being.
