UI/UX Designer

We’re seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered interfaces that balance user needs with business goals. You’ll take ideas from concept to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring seamless handoff to development and maintaining design consistency across products.

Objectives of this Role:

• Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes through to final UI.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to expand and maintain design systems.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product design and UX with a strong online portfolio showcasing your best work.
• Proficient in Figma for creating interactive prototypes; familiarity with other tools such as Sketch and Photoshop is a plus.
• Skilled in designing responsive, adaptive, and accessible interfaces (knowledge of WCAG standards preferred).
• Experience in building and maintaining design systems for scalable, consistent products.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent critical and analytical thinking, capable of evaluating alternatives, conducting research, and solving complex design problems efficiently.
• Proven success managing multiple projects, connecting strategic goals to practical implementation, and meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement and high-quality results.
