People Operations Specialist

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist that is passionate about constantly creating new ways to improve employee experience, engage with people and teams, and be a catalyst to drive organization success.

What you will do:

• Support employees on a day-to-day basis.
  
• Keep employees connected, build stronger relationships, and encourage social interactions and engagement activities.
• Propose, plan, and oversee social and team-building events.
• Create and implement a reward system and recognition culture that helps employees feel appreciated for their efforts.
  
• Onboard new employees and ensure they have access to necessary resources and tech.
• Organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
• Build and maintain the company's positive reputation.
• Help with recruiting and interviewing potential applicants.

Qualifications & Requirements:​​

• (Important) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the IT sector.
  
• Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize effectively - you can easily handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for being organized, you love keeping data, documents, and processes sorted out.
  
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You understand that everything you do impacts our employees.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including conflict management and negotiation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communications with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the company.
